How long does it take?
We hope to dispatch your artwork within 48 hours. Obviously, due to Covid19 there may be a slight delay although we haven't seen any major issues so far. We will keep you updated all through the process.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the world. As a special introductory offer, all artworks include worldwide delivery costs ie. artworks sold via this site - BFAHub.com & BigFatArts.com
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery - or similar - the tracking reference number will be provided as soon as the dispatch is confirmed - usually within 48 hours or two working days from the order being placed. BFA Gallery is committed to helping you own amazing affordable art that you love so we want you to be entirely happy with your order. We offer every customer a 14 day no risk money back guarantee on all UK orders.
Refunds will be arranged within 3 days on receipt of the artwork. Orders should be returned at the customer's own expense with UK Postage refunds arranged once received. International Orders are to be returned at the responsibility of the customer. Please contact info@BFAHub.com for further information
Please note that Giftware and Open Editions are fulfilled via third party suppliers (including Redbubble, Society6, Fine-Art America and Pixels.com) These companies also offer no risk money back guarantees. For more information, please consult the relevant returns policy on the respective websites.
IF YOUR PRINT IS DAMAGED AND YOU WANT A REPLACEMENT
BFA Gallery works hard with its partners to ensure that every print is sent to you in perfect condition but occasionally we know that things can get lost or damaged. We ask every customer to inspect their artwork on arrival to check for any flaws in the print or frame so please keep all of the original packaging and authenticity certificates until you are happy that you are going to keep the print. We cannot accept prints back unless they are in their original packaging.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem, please email photos of the damage to info@BFAHub.com quoting your order number and using the subject line ‘Damaged Print’ and state whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund.
Please note that the majority of our prints are limited editions and their stock is restricted in number. Whilst we do everything we can to issue you with a replacement, occasionally the print edition will have run out. In this situation, we can offer you a full refund or store credit note so that you can choose another piece of art.
If your decide that your print is not for you for any reason, then simply email us at info@BFAHub.com with your order number stating that you would like to return your print and we will arrange details for returning the artwork. Please note that International Orders are to be returned at the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot accept prints back unless they are in their original packaging. If you have requested a refund, we will credit your original payment mechanism within 3 days of confirmation of receiving your returned print. More INFO HERE
